Are you a looking to gain experience in education?
Monarch Education is working with a large cluster of secondary schools located in the Mansfield area who require classroom-based staff to work on a flexible basis.
You are not required to have a teaching qualification to be successful just up to date and relevant experience working with young people.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is potentially looking to start a career in education or looking for more flexible work.
This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons while building rapport with students.
This is a chance to develop strong classroom management skills as there is no teaching involved and planning and work will always be in place.
This role is suitable for Sports Coaches, Graduates, Youth Workers and Support Workers.
We are approaching a very busy period in the academic year so depending on your availability we can offer both full time and part time opportunities.
What you will need:
-Relevant experience working with young people is a must ideally secondary age
-2 relevant references *satisfactory and above* relevant to working in a school setting
