This position is to start immediately, offering a salary between GBP7.98 p/h- GBP.9.87 p/h
We are seeking an energetic, fast and efficient Catering Assistants to work with busy fast paced food and hospitality outlets at London Heathrow Airport.
As a preferred supplier of quality personnel to the airport, we work exclusively with our clients on their vacancies. This means that this is the only opportunity you will have to gain access to these vacancies and gain immediate employment with these clients.
For the role as a Catering Assistant we offer:
Day shifts between 0500 hrs - 2230 hrs (Monday to Sunday)
Up to 40-60 hours of work each week
Permanent and contract based opportunities
Opportunities for career progression
The Catering Assistant will be responsible for:
The preparation and serving of fresh sandwiches to order
Assisting with the preparation and display of the deli counter
Assist with the basic cutting of meats and cheeses (training provided)
Maintaining the cleanliness of the deli area
Have a good understanding of basic food hygiene regulations
Assisting chefs with food preparation
To be considered for the role of Catering Assistant:
Experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Deli Assistant, Cooks Assistant, Deli Bar Assistant, Kitchen Porter, Chefs Assistant, will be highly desirable.
The ability to follow food orders
A food hygiene certification would be a distinct advantage
The ability to work shifts
Experience within a hotel, catering, hospitality, leisure or food services environment will be considered highly suitable.
Successful applicants will be subject to a airside security clearance and a criminal record check at their own expense.
