Job title: HR Advisor
Salary: Up to GBP40,000
Location: Kingston, Norbiton, Richmond, Hampton
Evolve Recruitment are currently seeking a HR Advisor to work for our client based in South West London. The ideal candidate will have previous strong experience within HR and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* As the HR Advisor, you will provide HR support to various groups, working alongside line managers and employees in relevant groups to support the implementation of HR policies
* You will attend regular meetings with relevant managers to discuss HR matters within various departments, oversee with the preparation of contracts for employment for payroll employees, keep up to date with legislation developments and answer any questions from both staff and managers about policies
* As the HR Advisor, you will assist line managers on grievance, disciplinary, attendance and performance matters
* You will oversee HR Administration processes and ensure deadlines are met for monthly & quarterly reports, deal with references, handle the monthly payroll documentation and salaries etc
* As the HR Advisor, you will deal with annual appraisals, talent reviews and salary reviews
* Obtain work permits for UK and overseas
Key Skills:
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Personable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent ability to prioritise work coming from a number of sources and still work to deadlines
* Numerate with a good level of spelling and grammar
* Ability to cope with change in a busy working environment
* Ability to work in a team
* Prior experience of working in a sensitive administration role is essential
* Familiar with all Microsoft Office Packages to an intermediate level
