The duties of this role include:
- Bank and cash book reconciliations
- Data input utilising both accounting software and Excel spreadsheets
- Maintenance of both sales and purchase ledgers
- Assisting with customer enquiries
- General bookkeeping duties as required
- Assistance with the payroll function
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience across both sales and purchase ledgers
- Good Excel experience
- Prior experience with bank reconciliations
- Efficiency and organisation when working to deadlines
- A good telephone manner
