My client has friendly and knowledgeable staff who are happy to answer any questions their customers may have, and help in every way to give the best experiences and quality service. Whether the customer is looking for a new or used car, finance, special offers or vehicle repairs, my client provide the highest standards of help and assistance.
Due to their phenomenal growth and success, my client is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their team of highly experienced, and hard-working individuals. The ideal candidate must have 1 years' experience in a similar role in the motor trade.
Hours
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm,
Alternate Saturday Morning's 8.00am - 12.30pm
Key responsibilities
- To supply, receive and actively sell parts.
- To take requests and orders from customers and other departments and ensure that their requirements are correctly identified and met in a timely manner.
- Preparing orders to purchase parts.
- Preparation of invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes and other documents.
- Handle, protect and package parts and to check, inspect and test incoming, outgoing and stock parts
Skills and Experience
- 1yrs experience in a similar role in the motor trade
- Able to provide the highest quality of service to customers
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- Ability to follow procedures
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Ability to deliver customer distinction
- A Full driving licence is preferred although not essential
