The Role:
Working closely with engineers to support the maintenance of a state of the art facility. You will be in charge of reactive and planned maintenance activities to automation machinery and diagnosing faults. My client are a market leader in their field and are always pushing the boundaries of new and innovative technology. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world class engineering team. You do not need direct experience within the field for this role just a qualification and some hands on experience within an engineering field - domestic or industrial.
Duties:
-Carrying out planned maintenance across the site in an accurate, timely and safe manner
-Update records
-Find ways to improve process and increase machine reliability and performance
-Respond to and diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolving issues and actioning repairs
-Complete quality inspections to ensure work is completed to a safe standard
What they need from you:
-An engineering (electrical or mechanical) qualification
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Good organisation skills, able to prioritise
-Knowledge of Automation would be advantageous
-Please note this role is shift based to support the 24/7 operation
