Operations Manager - Shopping Centre, Canterbury

We have a great opportunity for a proven Operations Manager to join a successful scheme in Canterbury. This key position will report to the Centre Manager and manage all aspects of delivery, including: -

• Contract management for all services for the scheme including maintenance, security, and housekeeping
• Oversee reactive/planned maintenance
• Management of operational incidents
• Close team management, direction and support
• Tenant engagement & support
• Budget / Service Charge Management
• Driving opportunity across car park areas
• Management of H&S / Environmental Compliance throughout all areas
• Take on Duty Management when rostered
• Operational Management throughout the scheme including the car park operation
• Working on emergency planning
• Supporting/working with new Tenants including fit-out/compliance
• Working on key energy & environmental compliance

Candidates will come from the retail/leisure sector and hold proven operational management experience within a high footfall, frontline operation.
