Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Systems Implementation Assistant to join our Software Implementations Team. Working closely with our Project Manager and our Specialists. The main purpose of this role is to build and maintain our client software systems whilst providing technical assistance to other members of the team.
You will be responsible for building systems and additional modules in line with client specifications and expectations as well as assisting with technical support and client system health checks. You will build relationships with colleagues and clients alike. With on the job training, you will learn our systems inside and out, within the recruitment environment.
The successful candidate will have some experience of supporting projects or of working within an IT administrative role or will be an IT graduate looking to take their first steps.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator who is confident when dealing with people at all levels. You must be highly organised, enabling you to carry out a varied workload. The ability to closely follow detailed client build specifications and absorb information is paramount to the role, ensuring you and the company will deliver the high level of quality and service we are recognised for.
