A vacancy has been approved to appoint a Company Certification Sales Officer. The Company Certification Sales Officer will be responsible for the sales activity for the Company Certification products for the Oil and Gas, Construction, Rail, Power and Nuclear sectors.
The Schemes related to this position are WFCS, CAESAS, CWRVC, CMSM and CSWTO.

The Sales Officer will be required to develop new certification applications and orders by following leads from customer enquiries and web searches. Forwarding of technical enquiries to colleagues, and recording and diarising sales actions are an essential part of the role.
The Sales Officer will report to the Company Certification Scheme Manager. The applicant is expected to be a sales professional with extensive experience in client-facing sales through phone, web and occasional face-to-face communication. Preference will be given to those applicants with a demonstrable track record of success in customer satisfaction and team working, as well as sales volume.
A quick learner and self-motivator, with the ability to comply with formal processes and the organisational skills to manage their own workflows. A strong communicator, the Company Certification Sales Officer will be expected to work across functions within TWI CL, and with others, both internally and externally to the TWI Group, to enhance the reputation of TWI CL products and services and exploit opportunities to support industry.
