Internal Controls Specialist
Location: Uxbridge
Duration: 3 months (Contract could be extended to 6 months)
A great opportunity for an Internal Controls Specialist is available at a Prestigious Company based in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global company with a great work environment.
They are looking for someone with SOX experience, US GAAP technical understanding and experience with dealing with external auditors.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the audit partner and interface to proactively identify and close some key gaps over the coming 3months +.
- Advise control owners on establishing appropriate SOX controls focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement companywide SOX framework.
- Perform the assessment of internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with SOX.
