You will support the delivery of specialist vocational skills through the design, development, delivery and assessment of training courses for external employed candidates to achieve relevant skills levels and accreditation.

This will involve developing effective partnerships with external employers and commercial organisations, designing and delivering courses to meet industry requirements. You will provide support and guidance to inspire and train learners and prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

You will be educated to degree level or an equivalent industry qualification, holding a professional training qualification or with equivalent training or mentoring experience. You must also have extensive and current knowledge of industry practices in composite materials, ideally in the aerospace industry, and have experience of working in a training role delivering relevant industry specific programmes. It is also essential that you have the ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse group of learners.
