Shift/Hours: Working on a rotational shift between the hours of 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Sunday - working 5 days out of 7

As a Customer Service Advisor for the National Trust, you'll be talking to members about a wide range of issues - from new memberships to renewals, and property and café queries to disabled access and parking. You'll need to be willing to learn and enjoy hitting targets, as well as love speaking to and helping people. Telephony experience in a previous role is essential, with strong customer service experience. We'll train you to deliver a service that is consistent and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to. This is a great opportunity to build a career with us.
