This is a superb opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join a design & DM agency, to co-ordinate, manage and develop a broad range of business administrative duties.

Based on the outskirts of Leeds, you will support our team of 20, taking on a general office role including:

- Admin support to the CEO and MD
- Front-of-house duties, ensuring their customer values are portrayed consistently and professionally.
- Finance and Job Process Systems administration - Knowledge of Xero and/or WorkflowMax is a benefit.
- Office services, including management of third-party contractors and agreements.
- Maintain and manage Company records, policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, First-aid and HR systems.
- For the right individual, the role may extend to supporting their sales & marketing activity, together with managing their Social Media content and outreach.

Ideal qualifications:

- Educated to degree level
- Sales and marketing experience
- Good knowledge and active user of Social Media
- Full driving licence
- Vibrant, positive, proactive approach, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Confident, organised, committed, with excellent communications skills
- Ability to complete tasks quickly, efficiently and to a high standard
- Excited by the prospect of creatively making the office a better place to work
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A high attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- Proficient with MS Office products
- Confident, personable and resilient character
- Happy to be the 'go-to' person
