We are recruiting for an hourly paid Lecturer in Initial Teacher Education to join our team here at the College. With more courses starting in November and January we need experienced and professional lecturer(s) to cover teaching, tutorials, and student assessment. The lecturer must be prepared to travel around the local area to observe and teach curriculum to both academic and support staff undertaking training in the field of education from level 1 to level 7.

The successful candidate will have a degree and a teaching qualification to level 5, as well as evidence of continued professional and personal development. You will have appropriate vocational experience in an education environment, and an understanding of Further and Higher Education performance targets. Ideally you will have, or be working towards, an assessor’s award, and IQA qualification, and a Master’s Degree.
