This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Tenancy Sustainment Team to champion, lead and support residents claiming Universal Credit which in turn will help maximise our rental income. You will also increase and improve online capablity and access to technology for all Greenfields residents.
For this role you are required to have a good general level of education and have 5 A* - C GCSE’s (Grades 4-9 from August 2018) or equivalent qualifications together with an up to date knowledge of welfare benefits and a knowledge of the impact of Digital Inclusion within the social housing sector. You will also have proven experience of advice and advocacy in the area of welfare benefits entitlement, particularly Universal Credit and experience of providing training on both an individual and group basis.
