Frontline Recruitment are looking for a driven, dynamic individual to offer recruitment services and delivery to Frontline Recruitment Groups business partners who require temporary workforce solutions.
As a resourcer, it will be your job to support the branch / On-site team with certain tasks.
This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Duties:
* Be polite and courteous at all times with colleagues, clients and temporary employees
* Source and select candidates in line with training and client specifications
* Place Adverts on Job boards in line with client specifications
* Pre-screen candidates over the telephone in line with client specifications
* Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies in line with client specifications
* Book 100 Candidates in weekly for interviews with 100% attendance
* Successfully recruit candidates, following the Frontline Recruitment process and in line with client specifications
* Deal with general queries relating to working hours, pay, holidays etc for agency workers
* Support the consultancy team to meet Branch KPI's
* Have a strong work ethic and go the extra mile when requested
* Use own initiative
* Be punctual
* 24 hours support; immediate support including fulfilling of orders for extra staff; out of hours support
* Provide KPI's reports timely and with 100% accuracy to line managers.
* Meet targets set by line managers daily
