Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to take our company to the next level of excellence

Typical duties will include;

* Managing the end to end recruitment process

* Sourcing passive candidates Via Job board data bases

* Weekly updates with all designated clients

* Solving candidate attraction issues

* Optimising adverts

* Rewriting adverts

* Resolving any customer issues

* Pre-screening (CV/Telephone)

* Shortlisting

* Client visits

* Conducting interviews

* Up selling to Recruitment Services when necessary

* Arranging interviews

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:

* Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets

* Highly motivated and tenacious

* Strong commercial acumen

* Excellent communication skills
