Job Title: Graduate Business Development Executive
Salary: Up to GBP22,000 + uncapped bonus and a range of other benefits
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Overview
We are currently seeking an outstanding graduate to join our successful sales operation as a Business Development Executive. You will be an energetic professional with outstanding communication skills who is degree qualified and looking to forge a career in a challenging and competitive, yet extremely rewarding sector.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Develop and build lasting business relationships
- To achieve agreed personal and team sales targets
- To secure new business using the telephone in the SME, Mid-Market and Corporate sectors
- Overseeing the full sales process, from initial contract through to close
- To create opportunities and co-ordinate the sign up of clients' contract
- To promote and support the launch of new products and initiatives as required
- Management of new customer accounts after the contract start date
- To ensure that loyalty amongst our customers is maintained to maximise future up-sell and renewal opportunities
- Active involvement in ongoing development
- Effectively advise clients on relevant services and product offerings
- Communicate and interact with business decision makers at all levels to identify needs and requirements
Skills Knowledge and Experience
- A graduate, ideally with a minimum 2:1 grade in a business-related subject
- Self-starter; able to rapidly comprehend client demands and BSGE services and align the two to ensure sales performance
- A full driving license, with the right to drive within the UK
- Interfacing and presenting to all management levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
