Due to expansion my client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant.
You will be working for a company that specialise in the sale and maintenance of a globally renowned product and are renowned for their engineering.
You will be working in a team of 12 and will be pivotal in controlling purchase ledger accounts. ensuring accuracy of the ledger and that suppliers are paid within agreed terms.
Ideally you will have a background in Purchase Ledger and duties include scanning and coding invoices ,matching delivery notes with invoices ,communicating with suppliers as well as internal departments. If you have knowledge of using Kerridge that would be advantageous but not essential.
The salary range is up to £25K and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
