Recruiting now, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to be part of the recently opened Parker’s Tavern and to help continue to shape it as one of the ‘go to’ destinations in Cambridge.
Parker’s Tavern is a high end, quintessentially British restaurant & bar opened by award winning local chef- restaurateur Tristan Welch, within the iconic University Arms in the centre of Cambridge. The restaurant is a stand-alone establishment which also caters for our hotel guests and a range of prestigious events.
Despite being a buzzing environment, we value work-life balance and our chefs work straight shifts of c.42.5 hours per week, with two days off per week. Any overtime worked is paid.
