18 Month Fixed Term Contract, 37 hours per week

We are currently looking to increase the use of digital technologies in the work space. Introducing better work programmes for our field based staff and aiding them to be effective in their work is an important part of our future plans.
 
Field based mobile working also improves data capture and quality, with this comes the opportunity to make better decisions and improve our key value for money metrics. You will play a key part on this journey.

To assist developing our digital capability we now wish to recruit an ambitious individual to be part of our growing team, as we work towards our wider aim of improving our efficiency and creating a better customer experience.
 
The role

There are already exciting plans to implement a new mobile working solution and pilot video diagnosis which you will be responsible for.

Key actions include reviewing current operations, developing improvement plans and delivering agreed enhancements.

Reviewing the external environment to establish best practice in and outside the sector will be important in formulating future plans as will influencing change at a senior level.
 
Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • BTEC level qualification in Technology/Improvement or qualified by experience;
  • Working experience in technology or business improvement;
  • Ability to develop monitoring KPI’s;
  • Ideally conversant with Orchard/Service Connect or other management systems;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good attention to detail.
