We are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a successful Letting Agent based in Newport.
They manage a property portfolio for their landlords and this involves full management of the property, which the team take full responsibility for. They boast excellent feedback from their landlords and tenants and have an excellent reputation.
Person specification
- Previous property or lettings experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible approach, as no two days are the same
- Professional attitude towards work, maintaining a professional approach to all customers
- Ability to work independently
- Full driving licence and own transport
Lettings Negotiator duties
- Arranging and completing viewings
- New landlord take-on and tenant registration
- Managing the move-in process
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.00 and 1 in every Saturday, 9.30 - 16.30, with time off on the Monday.
