We are looking for a Who Dares Works Mentor to support the Who Dares Works Partnership. In this central position, you will assess the whole life needs of participants, co-ordinate their journey and signpost and liaise with other partners and organisations.

Your role will be to meet with participants on a one-to-one basis to identify their current situation and issues preventing them from moving forward and support the participant by navigating their journey. In addition to that, you will monitor, evaluate and review progress; train, coach and develop others; plan, organise and prioritise your workload effectively, as well as liaise and develop good working relationships with outside organisations.

To be successful, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to support participants’ needs and to meet the needs of the ESF programme.

Pentreath exists for people living with mental health and emotional difficulties. We offer support to help people believe in their own potential and achieve their vocational goals, whatever challenges they face.

This post is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund.

If you have excellent interpersonal skills, are a good team player, and have the ability to take initiative when required, then please apply now.
