The Shop Supervisor Role

Working for Euphorium Bakery as a Shop Supervisor, will mean that you have full responsibility for the success and growth for our fast-paced and unique offering.  By leading and motivating Team Members, you will offer an exceptional service that our loyal customers have grown used to and our new customers would expect.

Key Responsibilities as our Shop Supervisor:

We delight our customers

- Using your unique personality to oversee, inspire and live by and ensure delivery of our “Wheat” service promise  ‘Welcome’, ‘Help’, ‘Exceed, ‘And’, ‘Thank’

- Being friendly, but not over familiar

- Know your customers and your Team

- Actively engage with customers when sampling

- Responsible for the delivery of KPIs set by the Store Managers in terms of waste, service, health & safety…it’s everything!

We are passionate about our quality

- Prioritising and delegating tasks to the Team to ensure the delivery of a fast and efficient service

- Ensuring our delicious product range always looks at its best

- You are responsible for a clean, tidy and safe store whilst observing our Health, Safety and Hygiene standards

- Responsible for great stock availability and quality in everything you sell

We are one team

- Actively coaching and inspiring the team to achieve goals through our Leadership principles

- Build great relationships with your Team so they follow your lead

- Recognise when a Team Member needs some help and act accordingly

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day smooth running of the store whilst following company standards

- Ensure that you have given the Team the coaching, training and tools to be successful in their role to deliver our Service Promise

- Following best practice to deliver fresh beverages…the right ingredients at the right temperature, at the right time

- Adhering to stock rotation guidelines

- Building Team rotas to enable our stores to find the right balance between operational efficiency and service delivery

- Knowing all areas of the wider business this will include HR, Commercial, Finance and Property
