Support Worker - Acton - £15,282

Support Worker needed to work in Acton, to work with Autistic Adults and Children, working as part of a team or one to one by providing support to the people you will be working with positive impacts to their health and well being, whilst enabling them to fulfil their potential.

Some of the tasks you would have to carry out : develop person centred relationships with the individuals, understanding individuals daily plan and using this effectively and professionally on a daily basis in order to manage his / her needs and track their progress against the goals listed there in .

You must have a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care and a full driver`s license. Previous experience of supporting /caring for others in a voluntary or paid capacity. Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities within a residential or out reach setting and experience working with people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
