We are currently seeking Older People Active Lives Team Leader to manage and provide guidance to a team of OPAL Advisors responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer focussed services to older people.
You will ensure all rent accounts and tenancy management casework is managed
effectively and appropriate action is taken in line with our policy and procedure
and that guidance and support is provided in respect of more complex cases.
Your responsibilities include; management and monitoring of service contracts, monitoring budgets, ensuring communal facilities and buildings are secure and attend customer engagement initiatives/events providing information, advice and support on Neighbourhood Services.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing a resident-focused housing management service within a social housing environment and developing and implementing policies and strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. You must have the ability to lead, motivate and manage staff and a proven track record of achieving challenging targets and objectives.
