Building Surveyor - Manchester
Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP40,000 + benefits
Summary:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced residential surveyor working for a well-established property consultancy in Manchester. You will be joining a highly reputable company with offices located across the north you will be working with the teak to help deliver commercial valuations and offer professional advice to a variety of private and public-sector clients.
Key Duties:
* Dilapidation Administration
* Homebuyer surveys & valuations
* Mortgage reports
* Preparation of schedule of condition
* Contract procurement
About You:
As a Building Surveyor, you will have:
My client is looking for a candidate who is ideally MRICS recognised or equivalent who is familiar with carrying out mortgage valuations and home buyer reports. You will have a successful track record in managing all costs relating to commercial management and delivering professional services to private and public-sector clients. You will have excellent time keeping to effectively prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
