RESTAURANT MANAGER - LONDON BRIDGE
Salary: GBP28K-GBP30K
The company
Our client is an award winning restaurant, opened in 2016 and specialising in hand rolled pasta with authentic slow cooked-sauces are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to assist the Senior Management team.
The Role
Your role will be to oversee the day to day running of the restaurant which has over 80 covers. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and have proven experience in a similar role preferably in Italian cuisine.
Role Responsibilities Include:
-Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
-Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction
-Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
-Deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
-Maintaining the restaurants revenue, profitability and quality goals

Essential Requirements
-Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
-Proven customer service experience as a manager
-Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
-Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
-Acute financial management skills
