Implementation and Transformation Manager
Circa GBP42,000 per annum
Home Based covering the South of England
Our client has an opportunity for an exceptional candidate to be their implementation and transformation partner for the South of England. You will be home based with travel and potential overnight stays.
Leading the Implementation and Transformation of new Mental Health and / or Learning Disability support services in the South, you will support the implementation of organic growth where the individuals have complex needs or operations colleagues need support. You will ensure new business is won in a safe and effective way and you will use your project management skills in the implementation of all new services ensuring they are compliant to the highest of standards.
They are looking for someone with experience of learning disabilities and / or mental health who enjoys a challenge and has been successful in implementing new and transforming current services to CQC standards.
With a proven track record of working within a busy team, you must be person-centred and support their Vision and Values to enable them to grow at a pace they can implement safely.
