Job title: PPI Business Support
Location:Teesside
Salary:GBP16,000 P/A
Contract: Fixed Term Contract current end date, end of December 2018 (Possibility of extension)
Hours of work: Full time hours between Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and an occasional Saturday shift of 9:00am-2:00pm however this role is based on annualised hours so you will need to be flexible across the week.
About the role:
The role involves data gathering and data entry. It is purely administration based with no customer calling. All complaints are written so you will need to have a high degree of attention to detail. You will be a Case Creator investigating how PPI was sold and then set up the complaint alongside requesting further information. You will be an ambassador for the company, working alongside your team members to provide an exceptional level of service, assist colleagues where needed and offer solutions.
We are looking for someone who has Administration experience with a positive, professional attitude, which along with our bespoke training, and ongoing coaching and development will make sure you're well prepared to be the best.
