NHS General Manager

We are looking for a NHS General Manager in Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care.

Main responsibilities

• Fostering high morale and commitment among all staff
• Delivering operational, financial, workforce and quality performance indicators
• Provide and develop an open culture working environment
• Promoting the well-being, professional and personal development of staff
• Delivering high quality, patient /service user focused & cost effective pathways and services
• Meeting the requirements of the commissioners and the Trust's Annual Business Plan
• Supporting the Divisional Director and Divisional Manager

Essential skills & experience

• Post graduate training in Business or equivalent NHS Management
• Operational management experience in  health care service
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Senior level management experience
• Staff management, including senior level experience
• Budget management experience
• Adaptable to changing circumstances & able to prioritise effectively
• Excellent communicator who is able to direct when required
• Resilience and stamina to cope in a fast paced environment
   

This is an ongoing temporary placement paying £33 per hour for 37 hours per week.
