Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary:  £17,107.00 to £19,902.00 inclusive of on-call allowance

Location: Exeter

This is an exciting opportunity to join our maintenance team.

Under the direction of the Premises Manager you will ensure the WESC properties and facilities are maintained, secure, safe and clean; and that the estate is complying with all legislative requirements relevant to the site and facilities (buildings, grounds, landscape and facilities). You will ensure our staff and young people have a comfortable, clean, safe and well maintained environment in which to work or otherwise use the school facilities.
