T A Group - Sales Manager

T.A.GROUP which encompasses Tunnelling Accessories & T.A.Drilling (Sales) Ltd are seeking to recruit an ambitious Sales Manager who possesses previous Sales experience in plant and equipment. Ideally located in South East England, the successful applicant would have knowledge of the utility installation sector, however a proven track record and the ability to learn is more important.

The key objectives will be to:-

• Calling on existing customers on a regular basis, introducing new products and growing lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate equipment on live job sites and organise site visits.
• Support the National Sales Manager to analyse the market / data and define the sales strategy.
• Support the National Sales Manager in closing deals and ensuring strong collaboration between Sales and After Sales Teams.

Required Experience

You will be / have:-

• A driven professional with proven track record
• Knowledge of the Construction / Projects environment with the ability to develop credible relationships with Developers and Contractors who are delivering construction projects.
• A team player, with excellent communication skills, a “Can Do” attitude, strong attention to detail and plenty of common sense in order to deliver customer focused results, long term relationship building and the achievement of deadlines / objectives.
