Richard Hardy Ltd are a family business based in Huddersfield. Due to gradual expansion over the past few years we now have a position available for an administrative assistant.

Duties include:

·         Answering calls and directing as necessary

·         Booking in jobs

·         Responding to emails as necessary

·         Requesting quotes from suppliers

·         Maintaining the current filing system and help to further develop this

·         Providing support to directors as requested.

·         Typing up job sheets/ collating information in preparation for invoices to be sent out.

 The successful applicant will:

·         Be polite

·         Have good organisation skills

·         Be competent with using Microsoft word and basic excel

·         Ideally have previous experience of working in an office environment.

The role is a part time position, we require someone to be in the office Monday- Friday but the hours worked are negotiable.
