A fantastic and well established Hull based company who specialise in providing IT solutions nationally are now looking to expand their Account Management team. This company work with a range of clients from very small companies to large PLC's. They pride themselves on excellent service and providing the latest technology solutions to their clients!

As the Trainee Account Manager, you will report to the Sales Team Leader and be responsible for;

* You will be the main point of contact for customer accounts

* You will be required to nurture these accounts ensuring you develop a long lasting relationship

* You will propose solutions and close agreements to deliver against monthly and annual objectives

* You will develop new business with existing clients

* There will be a real emphasis on up selling to clients ensuring that you take every opportunity to help make the business more profitable

You will have skills in;

* You will have a strong sales background and thrive in a target driven environment

* A commercial attitude with clients

* A strong communicator who can be persuasive when negotiating

* Consultative and able to advise
