Lecturer in Engineering
We are looking for a full-time lecturer to teach on our Electrical and Electronic Engineering courses, including delivering units which are both theoretical and practical based on a range of courses; BTEC levels 2 and 3 and Access. It would be advantageous to have the ability to deliver aspects of mechanical engineering and to be familiar with CAD software (ie Autocad). This post would also suit a Physics teacher with post-16 experience. The ability to teach AS / core maths is desirable.
You must be enthusiastic and highly motivated, have a flexible approach to work and be able to work as a member of team.
Applicants must have a relevant degree and a full teaching qualification or be completing a PGCE/Cert Ed/DTLLS this academic year. Recent experience of teaching Physics or Engineering in a school, FE college or adult learning institution is essential.
Salary: GBP28,419 - GBP37,371 per annum
