Operations Assistant Temp To Perm

Global leader in broadcast solutions, specialising in equipment rental, outside broadcast, project solutions, systems integration and event communications is looking for an Operations Assistant to go temp to perm Paying £24000 to £25000 Start ASAP!!!

Would you like a role where you are appreciated trained and get to work in the broadcasting industry where you will have a helping hand in such things as I'm a celeb get me out of here, The World Cup, tennis tournaments and many more.

You will be helping with the following things:
Raising purchase orders
Liaising with suppliers for pricing, lead times and general enquiries
Dealing with any missing/damaged items ordered and following the returns procedure
Logging holidays, sickness and overtime for everyone reporting in to Pete
Keeping budgets of all items ordered
Dealing with timeless and invoices for temp staff and wireman
Filing and scanning POs raised
Reception overflow calls
Following procedure for setting up 30 day credit account for new suppliers
Keeping proof of orders raised from people and checking all items have been goods in.
Credit card reconciliation
Archiving system


The perfect candidate will be vibrant, friendly person with a can do attitude a team player who is willing to get stuck in to a varied amount of tasks. This is for an immediate start if you cannot start straight away you will not be considered!
