Revenue Protection Officer
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the largest privately owned HR and Payroll provider in the UK. With offices in Nottingham, Dublin, Washington and Singapore, MHR has been delivering world-class software and services for over 30-years. As part of our success and continued growth, we require an experienced Revenue Protection Officer to provide the Professional Services department with quality project governance and revenue protection analysis.
Key responsibilities:
* Historically review all department cancellations to establish where Professional Services are losing attainable revenue, and ensure a new process is implemented to manage the revenue of all future cancellations.
* Constantly review and cleanse the Professional Services customer Asset Base for revenue attached to expired budgets.
* Ensure any expired budgets are either processed for invoicing or closed in order to ensure the asset base contains only live, attainable revenue.
* Be the principal stakeholder for Professional Services department debt, providing a central point of contact between Professional Services and Credit Control to resolve any outstanding invoices. This will involve liaising consistently with Consultants, PMs, BDMs and Customers.
* Support Head of Projects with any adhoc requests for support and PSA data requirements.
