We are looking for an exceptional individual to join a leading Housing Association as a Neighbourhood Officer for a 6 months fixed term contract based in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have the expertise and experience to investigate allegations of ASB, conduct tenancy audits and attend routine visits. The ability to interpret leases and to have an in depth understanding of Housing legislation is pivotal to this role.
You will have demonstrable experience of the eviction process but more importantly will be more customer focused to ensure tenancies are sustainable and that the customer is engaged, advised correctly and that their welfare is at the forefront of decisions.
