Housekeeper
Job Description
1 Thoroughly cleaning of guest rooms to high standard
2 Achieving consistently high professional standards of service and cleanliness to ensure that customer's expectations are continually exceeded.
3 Ensure maintenance issues are reported and/or fixed immediately and logged-on
4 Ensuring the equipment are in good working condition
5 Able to cook English breakfast as and when required
6 Ensure Health and Safety and Risk assessment procedure are followed
The Successful Applicant will have:
1 At least 1 year experience in Housekeeping in a similar industry
2 The ability to communicate in English effectively
3 Must possess the desire to generate customer satisfaction
4 Immaculate personal appearance is required
5 Must have the ability to work in a pressurised environment
6 A confident and professional approach is essential
7 Great eye for details at all time
