Join our team in Hemel Hempstead as a Project Manager on a temporary basis for 6 months. As Project Manager you will be involved in managing projects involving refurbished modular buildings across multiple sites in the U.K.
Is this role for me?
We're looking for individuals with a proven track record in construction programme management and a thorough understanding of the construction project life cycle. If you have these skills and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment this role is for you.
The following experience/skills are also an essential requirement for this role:
- Project management experience within construction.
- Knowledge of CDM 2015
- 5 GCSE's Grades A- C including English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Full U.K Driving Licence.

What are the key duties?
Based from our Refurbished Office in Hemel Hempstead you will be required to travel to our various project sites across the U.K ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, and within scope.
You will also:
- Accurately assess sites in order to provide the commercial department realistic costings, from which selling rates can be calculated.
- Source and control sufficient approved sub-contract labour and services as appropriate, ensuring quality standards are maintained and costs are not compromised.
- Liaise with customers following the award of a contract, or termination notice, including such matters as site access, foundations, clarification of building requirements and specification, H & S issues and responsibilities for delivery / removal programme
- Ensure accuracy of internal and external documentation including Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Drawings and Delivery Schedules on a project specific basis.
