Digital Trading Executive

Join us and you'll support the Digital Trading Manager to develop the customer experience and increase conversions and sales.

What you'll be doing

E-commerce is our biggest channel and this role will be pivotal in ensuring its continued success. You will support the Digital Trading Manager with successful day to day management of all Ecommerce trading activity including driving increased conversion, sales and improved customer experience across all brands, marketplaces and sites.

So, you'll be all over site promotions and marketing, as well as product placement and planning so that every item on our site delivers to its full potential. Our site is a haven of customer experience perfection and your job will be to keep it that way - taking feedback and making sure it's listened to and acted upon to keep improvements rolling. It'll also fall to you to get our analytics and reporting into great shape, monitoring every brand with the keenest eye and ability to turn raw data into meaningful improvement strategy.

What you'll bring

You may already have some online retail/trading experience behind you - and a degree in Business, Data, Economics or Ecommerce, too. We're looking for someone with an analytical mind who not only understands complex data sets but also knows how to make them understandable for other people. You'll have great MS Office skills, especially in Excel, as well as an understanding of B2B processes and maybe even category management, too. If you have a strong eye for detail, great relationship building skills and bags of energy in addition to all the above, this is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a high performing and welcoming team.
