Spring Raise Ltd Bristol are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to work at our Bristol office.
We specialise in the recruitment for nurses, healthcare assistants, adult and child support workers in both temporary and permanent placements. Our client base consists of mainly of private clients like residential homes, care homes, nursing homes, private mental health hospitals, children's residential services and learning disability services.
You will be working in a fast pace environment so you will be expected to do a variety of duties be it the main one resourcing candidates from various job boards, social media and careers fairs and then conducting interviews.
What you will be doing:
• CV Searching - Sourcing for potential candidates.
• Being able to recognise suitable candidates for the relevant positions.
• Booking candidates in for face to face interviews.
• Face to face Interviewing candidates.
• Having the confidence to pass and fail candidates at telephone interview stage.
• Having a keen eye and the organisation to scan the relevant documents for applicants to be compliant.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Experience within an office environment.
• Confidence when talking on the phone.
You will need to be highly organised, quick to learn new processes and able to multi-task due to the varied and fast paced nature of this desk. We are looking for someone who is an enthusiastic team player and is looking for a potential career with an expanding company.
