Delivery Consultant / Researcher - Central Reading
We're on the lookout for Delivery Consultants to join our passionate and dynamic team based in Central Reading. We are growing fast and we need great people to grow with us.
Working as an integral part of the recruitment team, your primary duty will be to work alongside the consultants to source suitable candidates for job roles and guide them through the recruitment process.
We work with a number of leading brands, with PSL and supplier status and you will be working on requirements driven by demand. The role requires you to provide a consistent high-quality pipeline of candidates to your consultant using a range of facilities including Linked in Recruiter, a well-stocked CRM and wide range of job boards.
Our training and development program will provide you with all the tools you need for the job and to progress your career with us. We offer extensive training through our blended learning structure enabling you to build confidence, knowledge and skills - as well as time to work with and gain experience from the Senior Recruitment Team.
The Role:
*Working alongside a Senior Consultants, resourcing for vacancies
*Making calls to potential candidates, building an extensive database
*Arranging/booking interview times with candidates
*Providing a consultative approach to candidates and building rapport
We need:
*A natural sales person, confident and not afraid to pick up the phone
*Previous sales experience or customer/client experience
*Graduate calibre with a keen individual
*The desire and drive to go above and beyond succeed
*Excellent organisation skills
*A problem solver
*The ability to be calm and focussed under varied demands of the role
*Strong written and communication skills
