CLASSIC CAR VEHICLE TECHNICIAN OR MECHANIC
Classic Car Vehicle Technician or Mechanic required in Powys
Salary Basic: GBP22,000pa - GBP30,000pa Depending on experience
Occasional Saturdays
??Are you Mechanic or Vehicle Technician who has experience of working on Classic, Race or Motorsport Cars?
??Do you have fabrication and restoration experience when working on any vehicles?
??Are you able to strip and rebuild a car?
Our client is seeking a mechanic or vehicle technician with Classic, Race or Motorsport car experience to join their close-knit team based in Powys.
As an experienced vehicle technician or mechanic, you will be involved in all fabrication, restoration, heavy duty metal work, all mechanical aspects of maintenance and repairs of vehicles, fault finding issues and issuing maintenance checks, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records, all whilst ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained.
For this role you will need to have patience and great time management skills, also you will be working closely with your fellow technicians, therefore strong communications skills are essential for this role.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 6:00pm (Occasional Saturdays)
Essential Skills & Qualifications for Vehicle Technician role:
??Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair.
??Good professionalism and ability to work as part of a team and a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
??Experience on working with Classic, Race or Motorsport Cars?
