We are recruiting for a talented and confident individual to join our supplier management team to oversee the permanent and temporary client requirements through managing multiple vacancies and the effective management of agencies.
Responsibilities include:
* you will ensure day-to-day delivery into hiring managers, effectively managing recruitment agencies
* manage day-to-day supplier and client relationships, including discussing current and future requirements, monitoring performance, discussing service improvements and ensuring compliance.
* communicate effectively with internal teams updates on requirements
* support, in partnership with the Supplier Manager, supplier performance review meetings.
* Identify & recommend additional suppliers where necessary to fulfil clients requirements
To be successful, you will have:
* Proven experience in the recruitment industry
* Demonstrable experience of managing a high volume of vacancies
* Excellent client and supplier relationship building skills
* Demonstrable knowledge of the recruitment process
