Part-time Sales Progressor
Due to continued growth my established client now wishes to appoint a Part-time specialist Sales Progressor to join their Sales Office in Leeds.
The role is focused on delivering exceptional after sales service to clients, maintaining frequent and regular contact with vendors, buyers and all parties involved in transactions with a view to achieving speedy exchange of contracts with minimal stress for our customers.
Experience of progressing a substantial pipeline of sales is important as the role carries autonomy, so working in an estate agency or conveyancing environment is desirable.
Candidates must demonstrate a clearly spoken, professional telephone manner as the role requires communication with people on all levels, be solution focused and prepared to engage with third parties to ensure that every sale has the best possible chance of a successful completion.
Preferred working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The ideal candidate will also come from an Estate Agency background and have some knowledge of Sales Progression and will be NAEA qualified.
