Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Glasgow

Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 + Bonuses

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for?

• Overall shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant

• Staff & sales management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards, staff recruitment and execution of advertising & promotional programmes

• Leading and motivating staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

• Developing and maintaining the highest standard of service quality

• Creating a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and help to develop their maximum potential

• Involve and prepare pre-service meeting/roll call for staff

• Evaluating operational procedures and suggest improvements

• Enforcing hygiene regulations and upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards

• All report and schedule submissions in a timely manner to the Asst/Area Operations Manager

• Attending all meetings and training programs when required
