The Role - Field Based Business Development Manager

• Identifying new opportunities through a variety of sources
• Consulting with owners and directors to advising on fully managed payroll solutions
• Building long lasting relationships
• Travelling nationwide to convert sales appointments
• Office based in Warrington 1 day per week

To be successful as a Field Based Business Development Manager

• Essential previous experience field-based selling fully managed outsourced payroll solutions
• The drive, ambition and determination to progress within a fast-growing organisation that promote from within
• A proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be able to work in Warrington 1 day per week

As a Field Based Business Development Manager you will enjoy a competitive salary of GBP45000 - GBP50000, along with uncapped commission resulting in overall OTE GBP80k Uncapped, 23 days holiday, increasing to 27 days plus bank holiday and birthdays off.
