BS Social Care is a national organisation, specialising in the recruitment of professionals within the Health and Social Care sector. We are currently working alongside a specialist provider of Adult Residential care in their recruitment for temporary workers with ongoing regular work

You will join a highly reputable Health and Social Care provider who have gained significant reward and recognition from external organisations for the level of care they deliver. They deliver independent care and support, within a residential setting, for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and complex needs.


In this role you will support the Senior staff and Registered Manager in providing the best quality care in a safe and care focused environment for the residents. When on shift you will have initial responsibilities for monitoring and supervision of the residents in the service while ensuring the welfare and care of them as well.

You will be expected to demonstrate practical leadership of care, as well as support staff, to provide the best possible care for each individual resident. This involves the organisation of work patterns, facilitation of care focused training, and accession of appropriate services to support the standard practices within the service.


The successful candidate will have:

- 12 months experience in care
